Dear Montefiore School of Nursing Students:
I am pleased to announce that yesterday the faculty voted to revise the grading policy for students who are repeating a course. Effective immediately the sentence on page 35 of the Catalog, “A student who repeats a course must achieve a minimum of a ‘B’ grade in the repeated course to proceed to the next course” will be removed from the Catalog. This means that starting this semester and moving forward, the minimum grade requirement for all students to pass a course, whether they are taking the course for the first time or repeating a course, is 78.00.
