Yesterday, Article 129-B of the education law went into effect for New York colleges and universities. Article 129-B, an Act to amend the education law addresses sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking prevention. MSON has developed policies to comply with this law. It is important that you are familiar with and understand these policies. These policies are part of the MSON Code of Conduct. Please take time to review these policies found on Moodlerooms under Student Services/Safety and Security/Title IX Policy. We will provide additional education on these policies in the upcoming weeks.
