It is a violation of parking regulations to use your parking access chip to allow another person to park. If you forget your parking access chip, they will provide a one-time complimentary entry for you; which will be noted in the System. However, if it becomes a pattern, you will be required to purchase another access chip ($25) or park on the Main level for a daily fee.
